At Emile Henry, we stand behind the quality of our French ceramic ovenware and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack with Care

  Securely place the unused ceramic items in their original gift box and shipping carton, ensuring adequate padding to prevent breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned cookware, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
